What rights do you have regarding your data?
EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION, OR OPPOSITION OF PERSONAL DATA).

The owner of the personal data or, where applicable, their legal representative, may exercise their right to: know what personal data they have provided to us, what we use it for, and the conditions of use (Access); request the correction of their personal information when it is incomplete, inaccurate, inadequate, or excessive (Rectification); to have it removed from our records or databases when they consider that its processing contravenes the provisions of the applicable laws or because it is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose or purposes of said database (Cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of their personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).

The requirements that must be met in order to submit an ARCO Rights request are as follows:

•    The name of the owner and their address or any other means of receiving notifications;
•    Documents proving the identity of the owner and, where applicable, the personality and identity of their representative;
•    If possible, the area responsible for processing the personal data, and to which the request is submitted;
•    A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise any of the ARCO rights, except in the case of the right of access;
•    A description of the ARCO right you wish to exercise or what the owner is requesting; and
•    Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data, if necessary.

If requesting rectification, you must also indicate the modifications to be made and provide the necessary official documentation to support your request. In the case of the right of cancellation, you must state the reasons for the deletion. And in the case of the right of opposition, you must state the reasons that justify the termination of the processing of personal data and the damage or harm that it would cause you, or, if the opposition is partial, you must indicate the specific purposes with which you disagree, provided that this is not a mandatory requirement.

Consent and transfers
By providing your data, you consent to its processing in accordance with this notice and allow, where necessary and to comply with legal requirements or competent authority, the transfer of your data. If you do not express your opposition, it will be understood that you accept such transfers.
